Magnolia Stellata produces beautiful star shaped white flowers in early spring. It flowers before the new leaves emerge and on a mature plant there can be hundreds of blooms creating a stunning show of colour.

Magnolia Stellata is native to Japan and is also commonly called star magnolia. It is a small deciduous garden shrub. It usually grows 6 to 8 feet tall with a spreading, rounded crown. It is noted for its compact size and late winter to early spring bloom of star-shaped white flowers.

He also adds a  handful of Colour boost fertiliser to help feed this  newly planted shrub in  early spring and summer. Now is the ideal time to add a Magnolia to your  garden and Stellata is a perfect choice.
